As many of you know Owen is a busy boy so The Medley House is always looking for creative entertainment options especially during the winter when we are trapped inside. In mid-October on this particular day we brought in a pumpkin Owen had picked at the patch to decorate. We pulled out our handy crafts supplies and here is what we created: (yes, the pumpkin guy is eatting a banana!)
A few days later for entertainment we ventured to Toys R Us to look and play with every toy on every shelf. Although we were there for over an hour, we didnt purchase anything but we did have a great time!
Craft #2...Later in the week we again brought in another pumpkin Owen had picked out and decided to paint it this time. Here is the artist at work:
