Today's Doctor's Appointment

Yet another doctor's appointment has come and gone and stilllllll no baby! However she said I had made a lot of progress since last Wednesday and I am now a good 2cm, just shy of 3cm. I am 80% efface. She doesn't anticipate me making it to my due date (which is one week from today). She thinks he could arrive anytime between tonight and the next few days. His heartbeat sounded like music to our ears once again and once again a few more poounds were added to the scale when I was weighed....lets hope those were pounds on me that I can worry about losing later and not additonal pounds on him.:) Something about delivering a smaller baby sounds so much better-but of course we will take whatever we get, happily:) Hopefully the next post will come after Baby Medley has arrived tomorrow or the next day.....there is nothing wrong with wishful thinking!!
