4th of July was full of fun on the the Medley homefront. We enjoyed three parades and a free movie at the movie theatre (this was a first for Owen)! Here are some pics from the fun!
Fishers Freedom Festival Fun-We didnt get a lot of pictures but here Owen is enjoying watching the police officers being tackled to the ground by rescue dogs in a fun show! We also enjoyed some great festival food, corn dog, pulled pork sandwich, etc. 
Parade #1: Fishers Freedom Festival Parade-Owen and Lilly were definatly more in to it this year than last year. They enjoyed the bands and Owen loved all the big tractors (gotta love a small local parade!) They both loved the candy being thrown at them....Owen especailly liked the Tootsie Rolls and bag of popcorn mom brought as a snack!!
Our neighborhood does an annual 4th of July parade where the kids get to follow a fire truck for a lap around the neighborhood on there bikes, wagons, strollers, motorized cars, etc. After the parade they all get to play on the fire truck and meet the firemen...this was definatly the highlight for Owen. We may have a future fire fighter on our hands!
The beginning of July, my mom and I ventured to the movies with 4 kids under 4 for a new Veggie Tales movie! (This gave Kelly a bit of a break with Avery-her one week old!) Macy, Makenna, Kai and Owen all went and fortunatly the popcorn and drinks were enough to keep them all content for at least the first 30 minutes and then the boys went to the arcade with my mom while the girls and I enjoyed the rest of the movie!
Parade #2: Downtown Carmel, Owen enjoyed this parade again with his cousins Lilly and Maddie. The kids loved it despite the rain and chilly weather!
